Who is Electric Steel?
“Meet Nick and Kate Lennox – The owners and Directors of Electric Steel.
Nick is the main man on the tools with a dual trade in Electrical Installation and Sheet Metal Fabrication and Kate keeps things moving in the office.
Starting Electric Steel initially was a vision Nick had to combine his trades qualifications and a way to have a more flexible lifestyle. Nick and Kate are very family focused and with two young children, Estella and Denham who are very active – it was important to create a business that was family friendly.

Nick
Owner and Operations Manager inc Qualified Electrician and Sheet Metal Expert
Starting “Electric Steel” back in 2018, the owner Nick is a qualified electrician and also has his trade in sheet metal fabrication – hence “electric Steel” was born. He enjoys camping and fishing with his family and friends in his spare time.
Graeme
Trades assistant/Sheet metal expert
Graeme has his trade in sheet metal fabrication and can often be found in the workshop or on site helping the team with big jobs!
Ethan
Trades Assistant
Ethan is a hard worker and enjoys learning new skills. He is a great addition to the team and is always willing to lend a hand where possible. Ethan enjoys surfing and spending time with family and friends.
Kate
Director and Administration
Kate has travelled and spent time in Europe before starting a family with her Husband, Nicholas. With 2 kids, a business and a part time job as a teacher aide; Kate enjoys giving back to the community with every opportunity that she can.
Steve
Tradesman
Steve is our 3rd year apprentice! He is the master of quoting jobs and has a wealth of knowledge – all thanks for his previous years of working for electrical wholesalers. Steve enjoys camping and adventures away with his family.
Holly
Administration Officer
Holly brings to the table 10+ years of retail and customer service experience. She strives to always deliver the best service and prides herself on helping our clients as best as she can! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Julian
4th year Electrical Apprentice and Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
Julian is a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic and is soon to be a qualified electrician! Julian enjoys surfing and camping in his spare time.
